Your Purer Aqua installation comes with long-term protection designed to give you confidence well beyond installation day.
Your installation is covered by the Purer Aqua guarantee, with additional protection provided through our insurance-backed guarantee. The exact cover, exclusions and claim conditions are set out in your guarantee documentation.
Purer Aqua pays Retramax a one-off premium for your installation. You receive your insurance-backed guarantee certificate by email, normally within 48 hours.
If you have a covered issue, call us first. We’ll normally resolve it ourselves. If Purer Aqua can’t fulfil the guarantee, the insurance-backed guarantee provides the additional protection set out in your policy.
Retramax arranges an approved engineer to deal with covered claims, at no cost to you. Your insurance-backed protection continues in accordance with the policy terms.
A standard manufacturer’s warranty depends on the manufacturer remaining able to honour it. An insurance-backed guarantee provides additional protection through an independent insurer, with cover designed to remain in place if the original installer ceases trading, subject to the policy terms.

We’ll diagnose the issue by phone or, where needed, arrange a visit — typically within the same week.
We’ll resolve the issue ourselves wherever we can. If it falls outside our scope, we’ll escalate the claim to Retramax.
There’s no charge for work covered by your guarantee, subject to the policy terms and exclusions.
